Most people are swimming through life exhausted — and they don't even know why.

They're working hard, doing the right things, but still feel like they're fighting the current. Stuck. Drained. Like something's off but they can't name it.

I'm Kenny. A lifelong waterman.

Former Navy SEAL, firefighter, NCAA Division I Water Polo player, lifeguard, and surfer — I've spent my life in high-pressure, high-stakes environments where performing under stress was mandatory. I have also spent thousands of hours studying outside my “jobs” to find what actually works.

What two decades in those arenas taught me is this:

Calm is not weakness. It's the highest form of control.

But that didn't come easy. Alongside the external achievements were dark seasons — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Seasons that forced me to go deeper than discipline and motivation. To look at what was actually running underneath.

It's not about trying harder. It's about learning to move differently — through uncertainty, through pressure, through life. That's what I now call The Waterman Method.

You can't control the ocean. But you can become a better swimmer.

I work with people one on one to help them find their calm, capable, and confident self — and lead from that place. In life, business, and relationships.

If you're ready to stop grinding against the current and start moving with it, let's talk.

If you’re curious but skeptical, scroll through the testimonials and you’ll see what results look like if you’re willing to look within.
