deep waters run calm.

mental fitness for the modern chaos.

You can’t control the ocean conditions.

But you can become a better swimmer.

This is the same thing in life.

A good swimmer will

  1. swim faster

  2. use less energy

  3. and enjoy the swim

A bad swimmer will be:

  1. be exhausted

  2. get there slower (if ever)

  3. not enjoy the swim

  4. probably avoid doing it again (enter feedback loop)

And more often than not, people don’t even realize they are bad swimmers because they’ve never left the shore.

Most people go their whole life swimming based off their childhood pool days.

Maybe they try to teach themselves, piece together random tips online, or even join a swim team…but nothing really sticks.

But what if you had a waterman coach?

Someone who doesn’t just help you swim better, but also how you see the water.

I call it The Waterman Method.

It’s not about swimming. It’s about how you move through life.

I’m Kenny.

You can call me a waterman coach.

Former Navy SEAL, firefighter, NCAA Div. 1 Water Polo player, lifeguard, and surfer.

I’ve spent my life in high-pressure environments.

What I’ve learned across my life is;

Calm is not weakness. It’s the highest form of control.

That’s what I’ve spent the last three years teaching people. How to find that calm, capable, and confident version of themselves.

To lead themselves and others.
